Young children often communicate their need for support through their behavior. We can help your child experience the joy and confidence they deserve.
Therapy for Children
You may have noticed changes in your child’s eating habits, sleeping patterns, mood, or interactions with others. Perhaps you’re seeing a growing gap in their ability to pay attention at school, manage their worries, or make and keep friends. Maybe your child seems to be having trouble coping with the loss of a loved one or pet or has experienced a traumatic event.
These are commons signs that a child is struggling and needs additional support. Now is the time to seek help.
Working one-on-one with your child, we help them identify, express, and navigate their emotions, challenges, and strengths. Our developmentally appropriate, friendly approach combines a variety of principles and treatment modalities. Through play therapy, art therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other therapeutic techniques, your child is able to express themselves in a safe and supportive environment. Our goal is to empower them to develop healthy coping mechanisms and build resilience.
As a parent, you play a crucial role in supporting and encouraging your child’s progress. We provide accompanying parent and/or family sessions to ensure you understand your child’s needs and know how to provide continued support at home to reinforce the skills they are learning.
